    Kristin you were awesome, our trip was awesome …and I am certainly giving your name to people…My kids cannot wait to go back, and I really would love to do it again in a few years when they’re a little older. We got on all the classic and best rides, hopefully we can do this again post covid and we can experience more character interactions in the future. Your video helped SO MUCH, we got so much info, and ordering the morning of each day was the best. We just walked right up to the counter and we were served our food. That was wonderful advice!!     I would like to thank you so much for all your help and advice. I have listed some bullet points where you assistance was invaluable and you made our visit to Disney World so much easier. I hesitate to use the word vacation as that implies restful and Disney is a whirlwind!

    - Your timely responsiveness was off the charts! Our questions were answered quickly accurately and thoroughly. You were always available to answer any and every question I had which was very reassuring. Especially in explaining the lightening lane and genie plus processes.

    - You took care care of all logistical plans quickly, let us know “next steps” ahead of time so we could research and plan (e.g. ordering wristbands and dining reservations, etc.) and you made appropriate suggestions for the age ranges of the children in our group. Booking the hotel; dining reservations, park reservations (including UniversalStudios) and the Build a Droid made everything much easier.

    - sending the crowd chart was a real plus as we were able to use that to visit each park on the least crowded days.

    - Your up to date information on what sort of events were not occurring due to Covid protocols was very useful.

    If I were to offer one suggestion it would be to tell anyone with young children (6 and under) to get a stroller as soon as they enter the park. The amount of walking (even for kids that are “good” walkers) along with circumventing a crowd of people who are always looking down at the Disney app on their phones or trying to figure out where they are heading next is not to be underestimated!
